We are proud of our Palestinian students and graduates who received the 2025 MT Awards from our partner, Madrinha Trust.
Madrinha Trust recognises outstanding scholars, and we’re honoured that our mentees were selected for this recognition.
Each scholar was nominated by their mentor for their exceptional academic achievements and personal determination. They have excelled in their studies, overcoming significant challenges along the way.
The 2025 MT Awards ceremony took place on Friday, 2nd May 2025, where 22 students and graduates were acknowledged for their excellence.
Congratulations to all the awardees – your hard work and resilience are truly inspiring.

GLOBAL MENTEE OF THE YEAR – GOLD AWARD 2025
“Majed has proved himself to be an exceptional student with his commitment to the medical course and his application of knowledge gained in the field (a research project identifying factors for high blood pressure in the community). His ability to continue to get study aids, group learning when possible by zoom and keeping an open mind for his final career choice. To have done all this is testimony to his ambition and perseverance but to have done this with the background of a war in his own country shows exceptional achievement!”
