We have already supported hundreds of students through bursaries, training support and the supply of equipment – and we continue to grow our support.

Postgrad Medical Training in the UK
THF selects, funds, and places specialist trainees in conjunction with local healthcare providers utilising the MTI Scheme and the ISTP, allowing doctors to upgrade their clinical expertise so that they can improve the teaching and health care available in their field.
Electives : International Training Placements
Like medical schools throughout the world, every year senior medical students at all four Palestinian universities have the opportunity to do international training placements, also called electives, at hospitals across the globe.
Bus Programme
The Islamic University of Gaza has a new campus outside of Gaza City, meaning that it costs students on average $10 per day to travel back and forth. We have partially funded a service provided by a local bus company. This provides a service for 40 students per trip.

Professional Development
THF supports visiting lecturers and examiners, as well as students and faculty, to attend courses and conferences abroad.
Education Grants
Education Grants, also known as bursaries or student financial aid, are intended for talented students from all four medical schools, with higher than average scores and broad ability, who are also in extreme financial need.
Medical Equipment
Over the past few years, we have raised money to update essential equipment available at the university so that the teaching can remain at a high standard
Undergraduate Scholarships
Through our partnership with the Madrinha Trust, we provide scholarships for undergraduate medical students in Palestine.
Language Support
We provide language support to medical students and graduates in Palestine as part of their academic and professional development.
