Good health and hygiene are very important aspects of life and should be learned from childhood to maintain the best quality of life.

To raise awareness and improve our community, my colleagues Abdallateef, Raghad, Dana, and I decided to teach children about healthy food and good hygiene. We visited a kindergarten and conducted fun and engaging activities to help them understand the importance of staying healthy.

It was a very enjoyable experience, especially since all the children were happy and cooperative. I believe they really enjoyed the activities we provided.

Finally, I believe it is crucial to raise awareness about this topic, particularly at a young age. This will help reduce issues related to eating habits and hygiene in the future.
